Customer Installation Professional
As a member of the Installation team, you will work closely with internal departments and our customers to assist in the overall coordination and preparation that goes into installing a new product. Your responsibilities may include order processing, informing the customer of what to expect with the installation process, collecting information from the customer to identify their needs, and providing support to the customer following completion of the installation. You will interact closely as a team to ensure the installation timelines are met and customer expectations are achieved.
Your training begins with a six week program that will provide you with the foundation you need to understand our company, products, and the automotive industry. During this time, you will receive a combination of classroom-style, peer-to-peer, and online training. In addition, you will spend time observing various departments across the company and have opportunities to see Reynolds solutions in action, including visiting actual car dealerships. Upon completion, you will then receive further training on your specific job duties. We take the time to train you right because your success is our future.
- Associate degree preferred
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
