Support Analyst - KeyTrak

We support five different asset management products in both standalone and networked settings.
Reps train users as well as troubleshoot software issues. They also program interfaces into third party software applications and occasionally provide onsite support to customers.
Training lasts approximately 6-8 weeks and consists of formal product training, computer-assisted instruction, and shadowing current support representatives.

- Bachelor’s degree required (will consider exceptional applicants that do not have a degree)
