Field Engineer

Position Description:
In this position you will provide installation and maintenance support on Reynolds and Reynolds Computer and Key Control equipment at customer locations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You will travel to and from customer locations, documenting work activity and will maintain all administrative paperwork to include a parts and equipment inventory.
You are required to be available 24/7 and occasional travel and overnight stays may be required. You would be responsible for a certain territory after completing a 5 week paid training period in Texas consisting of hands-on and classroom training. The training primarily deals with familiarization of equipment.

Training:
- 5 weeks of training in College Station
- classroom and lab environment consisting of equipment familiarization and process training, not electronics training
- additional on-the-job training provided in the field from senior field engineers and supervisor
Requirements:- Previous electronics experience or training required
- Tech school, previous technical work experience, etc.
- Prefer A+ certified
- Military electronics is a plus
- Must be able to attend 5-week training class in TX
- Good communication skills
- Good driving record w/no more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Experience with LAN/WAN
