European Parts Counter Person

Position Description:
Do you have Parts Counter experience at a European brand auto dealership (Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, or Volvo)? If so, we’ve been looking for you! With minimal supervision and a flexible schedule, the Parts Representative is responsible for researching parts in the respective manufacturer’s catalog. This information will then be used to develop and maintain our product, Service Price Guide (SPG). The representative will also provide out-of-this-world support to our customers.
Training:
On-the-job training with someone who knows what they are doing
Requirements:- Parts department experience in an Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen or Volvo Dealerships… we can’t train you on this, you’ve gotta have it.
- Ability to use a computer (Microsoft Office, primarily Excel)…if you don’t have it, we can train you!
- Organizational skills
- High attention to detail (dot your I’s and cross your T’s)
