Events Marketing Support Specialist
As the Events Marketing Support Specialist, you will have multiple responsibilities in the support of the Events Marketing programs including Trade Shows, Road Shows, and Sales events. Primary duties will involve managing the inventory and maintenance of all event and tradeshow assets, including booths, booth elements, technical items, and support items. Other responsibilities will include the prep, fulfillment and management of materials for all shows such as packing, shipping, logistics, set-up, tear-down and refurbishment of all assets upon return from the event. You will also be responsible for the fulfillment of Print-On-Demand and other field sales orders. In this role there will be lifting and management of large, heavy and valuable items. You will need to have an elevated attention to detail, while being able to think on your feet in a physical role.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work with vendors and all levels of management
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Able and willing to perform manual labor
