Associates Give Back

We believe in actively supporting the communities in which we live and work. Associates can participate in a variety of charitable programs based on their interests.

The Reynolds and Reynolds Associate Foundation

The Associate Foundation was created in 1956 when Dayton employees pooled donations together as a way to help local charities. The Foundation gives support to health and human services in eight counties surrounding Dayton, Ohio.

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company Foundation

The Company Foundation primarily focuses on giving to education programs to prepare students for community roles. The Foundation has also established many academic scholarships.

Dollars for Doers

This program supports the volunteer efforts of associates and their families. We encourage associate volunteerism by making a financial contribution to the non-profit organizations where they are involved.

Community programs

Reynolds associates company-wide form teams and take part in community events. These programs benefit causes and nonprofits our associates care about. Participation is associate-lead and associate-driven. These programs include:

  • Dayton Battle of the Businesses for the Greater Dayton Special Olympics.
  • MS150 supporting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society — a two-day bike ride from Houston to Austin.

Fun runs

These 5K runs and walks have become a Reynolds tradition. They support local charities and non-profit organizations.

Environmental efforts

Along with our commitment to take care of people, we also make an effort to care for our planet. Our offices are equipped with automatic energy controls to reduce power consumption. We also participate in recycling initiatives for paper, cardboard, scrap metal, and aluminum cans.
