The Reynolds and Reynolds Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and Enterprise Customer Advisory Board (ECAB) are comprised of a dynamic group of professionals from the automobile retailer environment in the North American market. CAB members provide input to future Reynolds' solutions development through objective commentary, continuous feedback, and perspective on core business, industry, and technology issues, as well as other areas specific to the automotive retailing market.
The Advisory Boards contribute first-hand knowledge and diverse perspectives regarding the automobile industry, operations, product/service selection, technology capabilities, etc., required by their companies in the marketplace. In so doing, the Boards support Reynolds in the development of exceptional products and services, establishing outstanding business relationships, and making strategic decisions.
Through their service on the CABs, members maintain an in-depth understanding of Reynolds' business objectives, operating environment, and competitive strategies.
