DAYTON, Ohio – Jan. 12, 2017 – Reynolds and Reynolds announced today that Rob Leary, Reynolds national director of Sales, Fixed Operations, and Terry O‘Loughlin, director of Compliance for Reynolds Document Services, are both workshop presenters at the 2017 National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Convention & Expo, Jan. 26-29, in New Orleans.

Fixed Operations Workshop

Rob Leary from Reynolds will present, “Rethink Service: How to Capture Every Opportunity,” which outlines specific steps dealers can take to embrace service CRM and implement effective technology tools to improve processes, operate more efficiently, and enhance the customer experience—all leading to accelerated profits.

Leary will offer dealers details on how to:

  • Create a more modern process for servicing vehicles.
  • Implement technology tools to communicate and track important metrics.
  • Identify seen and unseen bottlenecks and pain points in service.
  • Take action based on data-rich reporting.
  • Operate more efficiently and productively to increase profits.
Leary’s presentations will be Thursday, Jan. 26, at 4 p.m.; and Saturday, Jan. 28, at 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.

Fixed Operations Workshop

Terry O’Loughlin from Reynolds will join two other well-known legal experts for the workshop, “A Century’s Worth of Compliance Advice,” which will recount the gamut of dealer compliance obligations, explain why they exist, and offer advice on how to meet them.

O’Loughlin and panelists will help dealers:

  • Understand the history of the 25 most significant laws impacting dealership compliance.
  • Recognize how to comply with them based upon this understanding.
  • Comprehend 20 pragmatic solutions to implement on both an immediate and long-term basis.
  • Discuss future compliancy insights.
Audience members will also be able to take away a concise summary of the laws discussed, which can be used for future reference.

O’Loughlin’s presentations will be Thursday, Jan. 26, at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.; and Saturday, Jan. 28, at 9 a.m.
