Position description:
As the main point of contact for customers and associates, you'll play a key role in our commitment to innovation and industry satisfaction. Test new equipment, share your insights to boost our product line, and contribute to creating and updating instruction manuals for our support teams.
Requirements:
- Professional or personal technical experience
- Experience troubleshooting PC software/hardware issues
- Customer service or strong communication skills
- Networking or VoIP experience, a plus
- Technical certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, A+), a plus
