Position description:

As a Marketing Data Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical and analytical support for Reynolds’ customer survey information. You will be reviewing and evaluating various survey results and customer details. This will involve working with the team to manage survey data, identifying database errors, researching to find appropriate information, and utilizing SQL to resolve issues. You will also be responsible for compiling quarterly reports summarizing survey data that will be used by a range of internal departments. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to write and interpret SQL code
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Access
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task
