Solving the Sales Efficiency Problem with Unified Customer Data

CDP’s promised a single source of truth for customer data, but their lack of integration and barriers of entry have turned your investment into yet another data silo. Truly unified customer data should equip every salesperson with the entire customer journey, improving sales efficiency and boosting close ratios.  In this session, Brad will show our vision for a CRM powered by unified customer data that will define the future of automotive retail.

The Power of Rey in Practice:

Rey Utilization Sessions

Each day, you spend valuable time digging through systems, pulling reports, validating data, and trying to piece together the full story of your customer, your department, or your dealership. All this searching and digging slows you down, and holds your team back.

That changes now with Rey, your new AI assistant built on the Spark AI unified data layer. At Amplify, you’ll get exclusive early access to see exactly how Rey will reshape the way you work.

These hands‑on utilization workshops walk you through real workflows, real questions, and real scenarios you face every day — across the Reynolds products you already use. You’ll learn how Rey can guide you through your day with more confidence and less friction.

Attendees will have the opportunity to attend the following sessions:
  • Rey + AutoVision
  • Rey + FOCUS
  • Rey + ReverseRisk®
  • Rey + ERA-IGNITE Service

Session Two

2:25 p.m.–2:55 p.m.

Turning Your Dealership into a Transportation Hub

Over the past decade, it’s been common for dealerships to rely primarily on third-party rentals and loaners. However, the marketplace has expanded dramatically, and there are now a variety of new options available that could really change the game. Some of these options don’t just enhance convenience for your customers — they also have the potential to become valuable new revenue streams for your dealership.

AI in Your Dealership: Use Cases, Workflows, and Guardrails

Artificial intelligence tools like Claude, Copilot, and Gemini are becoming part of everyday dealership workflows, but using them effectively and safely requires intention. In this workshop, we’ll explore where these tools can fit in your existing processes, starting with practical, real-world use cases that can immediately improve productivity and efficiency. We’ll also introduce more advanced, agentic capabilities that support multi-step tasks and day-to-day operations. Just as importantly, we’ll take a closer look at the cybersecurity implications of AI adoption, including how improper use or oversharing can unintentionally expose sensitive data and create new risks. You’ll learn best practices for using AI responsibly in a business environment where guardrails matter most, and how to unlock value from these tools without leaving the door open for cyberthreats as adoption continues to grow.

The Real-Time Data Advantage: Faster Turns and Higher Profit

Have you ever invested significant time acquiring inventory, only to realize the mix missed the mark? Your inventory is only as strong as the data behind it. And making the right inventory decisions means having the right data at the right time. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to build a more profitable inventory mix by leveraging specific data to drive smarter decisions, higher gross, and faster turns. We’ll address the question every dealer is asking — how to increase profit per vehicle — by showing which data leads to better outcomes. You’ll also explore how AI can surface insights that help you act sooner and smarter. You’ll leave with a practical, repeatable strategy for improving your inventory process from acquisition to sale.

In this session, discover ways to build your “warranty story” for OEMs. Learn why the new state laws make compliance more important than ever, and gain practical tips to ensure your submissions consistently meet audit standards and avoid costly rejections. We’ll highlight the most common pitfalls in warranty audits and show you how to implement best practices every step of the way.
