Up, Up, and Away: Rock Climbing in Dayton

If you’ve searched through the options and nothing caught your eye, maybe you’d like something a little more adventurous. You might not think an old church building could be hiding something special, but I doubt most churches look like Urban Krag. </span></div><div class="wp-block-reyrey-js-paragraph"><span style="color: #666666;">Urban Krag is an indoor rock climbing arena set up inside a renovated former church in the Oregon District. </span><span style="color: #666666;">If you’ve never been rock climbing before, you might want to move it to the number one spot on your to-do list. Urban Krag supports all levels of climbers and offers the necessary gear to get started. You can go with a group of friends, by yourself, or with family.</span></div><div class="wp-block-reyrey-js-paragraph"><span style="color: #666666;">Before you can start climbing the walls – in the best way possible – the proprietors of the establishment need to make sure you’re safe while you do it. During your first visit, you’ll be given a safety lesson that covers all protocols and procedures. There is a small charge associated with this 30-minute lesson, but safety must be a priority for both climbers and instructors.</span></div><div class="wp-block-reyrey-js-paragraph"><span style="color: #666666;">Once you complete this lesson and sign the waiver, you’re ready to start your rock climbing journey!
