Position description:

As the leave of absence coordinator on our Benefits team, you will work with Reynolds’ US and Canadian associates and management regarding leaves of absence and accommodations. For US associates, you will help navigate how FMLA and short term disability integrate, the unique and customized workflow for Reynolds, and coordinate work related leaves. For Canadian associates, you will help associates navigate short term disability and provincial leaves. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential to provide timely and thorough responses for leave of absence and accommodation requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field or minimum 2-3 years of experience in a discipline related to leave of absence management
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention-to-detail
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Strong customer service skills
