The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is pleased to welcome 2025 with a look back at the previous year and the accomplishments that allowed its customers to grow and be more profitable.
“Every day we get out of bed with the goal of helping our customers reach their full potential by providing them the best tools, guidance, and opportunities to thrive,” said Chris Walsh, president of Reynolds. “Whether it’s our field staff working side-by-side with dealership employees to identify opportunities for improvement; or our world-class customer support quickly and thoroughly resolving questions and requests; or our dedicated developers working on the next innovative tool to improve outcomes at the dealership, our focus remains on the success of our customers.”
In 2024, Reynolds partnered with several organizations like CARFAX, DealerOn, TrueSpot, and Skaivision on this mission to provide dealerships with access to innovative new technology that improves outcomes. The resulting integrations spurred opportunities for dealerships to increase efficiency and find new or better ways to accomplish their goals.
One major achievement was the creation of Spark AI, a unified data layer connecting all Reynolds products. Spark AI allows Reynolds’ first four artificial intelligence (AI) tools – Conversation AI, Engagement AI, Prospect AI, and Merchandizing AI – to access data across the entire dealership freely, bypassing siloed processes that reduce productivity.
Another major success was Gubagoo’s Curator, a unified intelligence engine that will launch at NADA 2025. Reynolds and its brands also joined major programs throughout 2024, including Toyota SmartPath and the Audi Digital Program, providing dealerships with greater access to the tools they want to use.
Reynolds grew its footprint again in 2024, increasing its number of new customers by 30%, building on outstanding growth in 2023. The company also retained nearly all existing customers, resulting in significant net growth.
“These numbers are a testament to our commitment to our customers’ success and how we do business,” said Walsh. “Whether they’re new customers who have chosen us or returning customers who’ve decided to stay with us, we appreciate each and every one of them, and look forward to being a part of their success.”
Reynolds’ commitment to the automotive retail industry was highlighted in 2024, with scholarship donations to several colleges and universities. One of these contributions helped purchase tools for graduating technicians and cover the cost of ASE certification testing. Reynolds also announced a donation to help fund the new Center for Automotive & Mobility Studies at Northwood University.
“As we look at what’s ahead for the retail automotive industry, Reynolds is excited to be at the forefront of innovation and progress,” concluded Walsh. “We’re excited about what that means for our customers, and I’m looking forward to all the success they’ll have in the coming year.
“I welcome any and all dealerships to check out the new and innovative products we’re launching at NADA this year. We at Reynolds want to help them reach their full potential, and the first step to doing that begins in New Orleans.”
