Reynolds to Unveil New Innovative Products at NADA Show 2025

Reynolds invites attendees to do more, sell more, and make more with new products that leverage the latest iteration of the Spark AI unified data layer.

Reynolds and Reynolds today announced an exciting lineup of technological advancements the company and its brands are launching, including its latest iteration of the Spark AI unified data layer at NADA 2025 in New Orleans.

“The speed with which AI tools are advancing is incomparable to any software development we have ever seen,” said Chris Walsh, president of Reynolds. “We launched Spark AI at Reynolds Retail Summit in August, and we are already two iterations beyond that version with additional products being released at the show.”

Attendees can get a hands-on demonstration of Conversation AI, Engagement AI, Merchandising AI, and Prospect AI, as well as new tools that will make their debut at the event.

Reynolds’ other brands also leverage the Spark AI data layer to create dramatic workflow efficiency. From Reynolds to Gubagoo to AutoVision, Spark AI has changed what is possible for dealers.

“As an industry, we have been focused on digitizing operations with traditional software, but at the retail level, per-employee metrics have been flat,” said Walsh. “If you want to sell more cars, you hire more salespeople. If you want to turn more hours in service, you hire more technicians. That has been the formula for decades. Our Spark AI unified data layer is changing that.

“We have certainly seen efficiency gains over the years, and Reynolds has been central to that progress, but what our customers are experiencing now is exponential.”

This year, Reynolds will have the largest footprint it’s ever had at the NADA show across its village of companies. On display will be:

  • AGWS, an innovative provider of administration services for Agents and Dealers offering vehicle protection products, limited warranties, and a variety of environmental and aftermarket products across the United States.
  • TSD Mobility Solutions, the leader in fleet and rental car management.
  • Proton, the leading provider of cybersecurity for dealers.
  • KeyTrak, the leader in key and asset management systems.
  • AutoVision, a market leader in augmenting the art of car buying with actionable insights and a unified framework to provide personalized, easy-to-use experiences.
  • Gubagoo, the leading provider of conversational commerce and retail solutions for both automotive dealerships and OEMs — which is launching the industry-changing Unified Intelligence Engine, Curator.

“We continue to see amazing growth, and helping our customers find new levels of success is why we get up every day. We couldn’t be more excited to see the entire industry at the NADA show in New Orleans,” said Walsh.
