AFIP docuPAD® System F&I Boot Camp

From this three-part boot camp, you will be able to:

  • Empower your F&I staff with a working knowledge of federal and state laws.
  • Operate under the AFIP code of ethics.
  • Learn tips and best practices on how to fully utilize your docuPAD System.
  • Reduce the number and dollar amount of chargebacks and customer complaints.
  • Arm your F&I staff with further ERA-IGNITE knowledge.
  • Build customer trust, leading them to feel open to buying more.

Additional information:
  • Total course fee: $2,250*.
  • The boot camp includes three courses delivered over two calendar weeks, covering the following:
    • Six sessions covering ERA-IGNITE, taught by a Reynolds instructor.
    • Four sessions of docuPAD system training to cover topics such as eContracting, completing a deal, utilizing sales tools, and reading reports.
    • Two sessions where participants will learn both state and federal standards of F&I compliance and take a test to earn AFIP certification.
