Scope

This policy explains how Reynolds and Reynolds (we) collect, use, and share information from Service Snap users (you). Keep in mind Service Snap is intended only for the use of dealership employees in conjunction with Reynolds Retail Management System and its use is subject to the terms of the agreements between your dealership employer and Reynolds.

We use cookies and APIs to collect information from the app.

Information We Collect

  1. Information you provide: We collect the data you enter into the Service Snap app to support Service Snap and other Reynolds applications.

  2. Information we collect as you use Service Snap: We collect information about your device in order to control device connection to the Reynolds Dealership Management System (DMS), and to allow the app to function properly. This information includes but is not limited to:

    1. Running app version

    2. Device name

    3. Screen size

    4. Screen pixel resolution

    5. Device orientation

    6. Web browser user agent information (browser manufacturer, version, etc.)

    7. Device maximum touch points

    8. Supported MIME types

    9. Browser plug-ins

    10. Battery information

    11. Location

    12. IP Address

  3. Information we do not collect: We do not collect personal information from your phone such as contacts, internet browsing history, passwords (except for the password you use to access this app), social security numbers, or other personal information through this app.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the information in order to support processes and products (such as websites, DMS applications, fraud protection and prevention, analytics, etc.) in accordance with the dealership’s agreement with Reynolds.

How We Share the Information We Collect

We may share the information collected through Service Snap with third-parties in accordance with the dealership’s contract with Reynolds. This might include other users of the Reynolds DMS and other Reynolds products at the dealership in accordance with the functions of the DMS, and as licensed by the dealership. This might also include dealership service customers, third-parties who participate in the Reynolds Certified Interface program, automobile manufacturers and distributors, and Reynolds-affiliated companies. We might also share the information if compelled by law or lawful order.

“Do not track” Requests

As the use of this data is controlled by the agreement between the dealership and Reynolds, you have no ability to control the collection of information or how we use the information that we collect. We will not respond to “do not track” requests.

Third-Party Information Collection

Service Snap does not include any mechanism allowing a third-party to collect your personal information such as your Social Security Number, your Driver’s License or other ID number, your number or access code for any account, credit card, or debit card, your medical or health information, your username, password, or security question and answer for an online account, or your email address, password, or security question and answer.
