Together they build a custom package. The prices and selected products update automatically, making the process transparent and easy. Once all the selections are made, the F&I manager sends the deal to the lender for validation. Within seconds, he has a response with a list of forms to be completed with the funding package.
The F&I manager finalizes the necessary documents and gives the customer access to start signing electronically. Once completed, the contract is assigned and submitted back to the lender for funding. He then schedules to have her new vehicle delivered the next day and emails a copy of her signed documents to her. The electronic deal jacket is sent to the business office for posting.
