Houston Facility Tour

Reynolds and Reynolds has two locations in the great state of Texas: College Station and Houston.

Houston's facility spans over 184,000 square feet and employs over 600 associates. The location is home to the development of our POWER system and other vital company departments. It is also home to our network operations center.

This is where we house all of our internal corporate servers that allow us to serve our customers. Every line of code in our software is written by our programmers, who enjoy private soundproof offices to create the best problem-solving atmosphere available.

Software Education's Learning Center lets us teach remote classes to customers, which helps them increase utilization of their Reynolds solutions.

The associates behind these classes and throughout the various other departments are critical to our success. Many of them started their journey in our recruiting center, where they underwent pre-employment screenings and interviews with managers.

Our associates enjoy a number of on-site amenities, such as a dining facility to encourage a close-knit culture between departments. Fitness passes to local gyms are available to every associate. When associates aren't feeling their best, they can stop by our health center to get back on their feet.

Reynolds encourages associates to volunteer and give back to the communities in which they live. Numerous company-sponsored events and sports leagues are also available throughout the year and include softball and volleyball, just to name a few.
